Katie was born in Nevada with a fierce passion for fashion — changing outfits multiple times a day as a child to express the many versions of herself. That early connection to style became a lifelong thread, eventually guiding her to become a wardrobe stylist in 2022.

As her inner journey deepened, so did her work. Styling evolved into a more conscious, heart-centered approach — one that embraced the power of self-love, embodiment, and mindful transformation from the inside out.

Katie's personal healing path led her to study and experience various techniques for emotional and spiritual growth. She has been guided and trained by Indigenous teachers in sacred plant medicine facilitation, deepening her connection to ceremonial healing.

In 2024, she returned to her roots — fully integrating her childhood passion into her purpose by stepping into her role as a designer and ceremonial guide. What began as fashion has become a multi-dimensional offering of personal expression, self-remembrance, and soul embodiment.

Katie is a mother of two boys and the visionary founder of Bestō (formerly GARB), a fashion line rooted in self-love and soul expression. In 2024, she was honored as Designer of the Year by Phoenix Fashion Week — a deeply cherished milestone that marked her creative journey.

The runway collection debuted in October 2024 and, after months of intentional refinement — from fabric selection to stitching to mindful hardware — the pieces are available 2025, sewn in alignment with her values and manufactured in the USA.

Alongside her design work, Katie offers self-love & healing ceremonies and retreats to guide others back to their inner truth and self-acceptance.

Whether through fashion or ceremony, every offering is a sacred invitation to Be Seen — in your light, your wholeness, your love.
